1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be considered.
2. Eligible Reasons
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or physically tampered at the time of delivery
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is expired at the time of delivery
3. Mandatory Proof
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests
- The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue
- Claims without proper proof will not be accepted
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery
- Products without original packaging or seal
5. Return & Pickup Process
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or request the customer to ship the product
- In case of customer-initiated shipping, shipping charges may be reimbursed upon verification
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion
